CAPTAIN
TERRY JOYNER FISHING GUIDE SCHOOLS COURSE INFORMATION We pack a lot into our two and three day classes. You start out learning about our area and all it has
to offer our guest. Next we cover the best areas to fish with maps, charts, photos, and tide information.
We show species of fish, fishing regulations, minimum size limits, daily bag limits, most of this information will be
covered over breakfast with the captain on the first day. Next is our equipment section. The type of rods
and reels, bait selections for our flats fishing in our area. Now it is time for boating safety and emergency
training on the water. After that you will be headed to the flats, to fish our beautiful back waters and creeks.
From there we will head off to fish some of our many sandbar areas, of course, all of this depends on the weather and tides.
Lunch on the boat can be anytime you choose. In the afternoon we will be fishing the same areas depending on the
tides. In this class you may also learn to scallop if the season is open(we do not furnish mask, fins or snorkels).
The it is back to River Haven Marina at the end of the day on the water, where it is time to learn how to clean and
cook your catch of the day with Captain Terry. Some of our days can vary depending on the time of year.
We can get started as early as 6:30 am and end as late as 8:30 pm.
